The situation

Every admissions cycle meant a developer ticket and a wait.

HAM-AK Group of Institutions' programs, faculty and admissions details change every intake — but the institution's original site, originally generated with an AI app builder, had no real content system behind it. Updating anything meant filing a request and waiting, often past when the information was actually needed.

What we built

A CMS the institution's own staff run — no developer in the loop.

  • A full-stack rebuild on TanStack Start, Supabase and Vercel, replacing the original AI-generated site after a full codebase audit — including a rebuilt central data architecture and real multi-page routing (TanStack Router) in place of dead anchor links.
  • A CMS admin panel covering Notice Board, Campus Gallery, Faculty Directory, Course Details, Site Settings, About sections, SEO metadata and a Media Library, edited through a TipTap rich-text editor.
  • A student admissions portal with auto-generated registration numbers and integrated GetEpay online payments, so admissions run without manual paperwork.
  • A dynamic catch-all slug resolver and a DynamicPageSections renderer — so new pages and content sections can be added by staff without a code deploy.
  • An analytics dashboard for the institution's own team, plus copywriting elevated across the institutional content and third-party agency branding removed.
The outcome

Every admissions cycle goes live on the institution's schedule.

Programs, faculty and admissions content now go live when the institution needs them to, not on a vendor's queue. As with every Northeum case study, this describes delivered scope and capability, not a claimed metric.
